John joined Perspective in May 2023 when Brighter Financial Services joined the Group as Perspective (Brighter).

John has been with HSBC for almost eight years, firstly working as a mortgage associate, then as a mortgage adviser for First Direct for 2 years and then in sales quality checking mortgages and protection for almost 4 years.

He studied for DipPFS before he joined Brighter in Nov 2020 as a trainee independent financial adviser (IFA) and mortgage/insurance broker before he became a full-time independent financial adviser (IFA) in 2022.
