Perspective Financial Group Ltd (Perspective) is delighted to announce Harriet Griffin has joined as Chief Operating Officer, a new role for the Group.
Harriet is also appointed as the fifth member of the Main Board serving alongside Ian Wilkinson – Chief Executive Officer, David Hesketh – Chief Financial Officer, Julie Hepworth – Chief Regulatory Officer and Sam Ward – Head of M&A (Sam was appointed in March 2024).
Harriet said: “I feel truly honoured to be joining Perspective at such an exciting time and very much look forward to contributing to the Group’s next chapter. I admire Perspective’s clear focus of putting the client at the centre of every decision, their solid foundations, and highly proactive approach to being the best at everything they do.
“Joining the week after the Group announced it had made its 100th acquisition and also completed nine acquisitions in two weeks feels special.
“I relish the opportunity to help bring to life how technology can assist both clients and staff achieve the best possible experience and outcomes.”
Harriet brings over 16 years of financial services experience, including at Kingswood Group where she served as Chief Operating Officer, and at Charles Stanley. She brings considerable experience in operations, process and change management and will provide leadership in areas including integration and technology strategy.
She is a graduate of the University of Bath, a Chartered Member of the CISI and holds an MBA from Cranfield University.
