Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training and Competence Support Assistant to cover 12 month maternity leave with the possibility of becoming permanent dependent on the business requirements. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Training & Competence Manager and will be provided with the opportunity to join our increasingly successful and growing business and to play a key role in supporting our existing team.

Location: Home Based
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a one-hour break (35 hours)
Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience and qualifications (available upon request)
Job Requirements
You will be motivated, friendly and professional at all times, highly organised and able to plan forward with a strong diary management as well as:
At least one years’ experience in financial services.
Outstanding planning and multi-tasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
A working knowledge and competency with Microsoft applications, such as word, excel, teams, SharePoint and PowerBI.
Experience of working as part of a team.
The ability to work remotely and use your own initiative to complete your workload.
Possession of a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of working withing a team and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and build and sustain a good working relationship with team colleagues and external stakeholders alike.
Job Responsibilities
The key duties of the role are listed below:
Preparation and creation of 121 management information and documentation.
Issuing & managing adviser and compliance testing
Dealing with T&C related queries
Supporting our T&C Managers
Administration of T&C documentation.
Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional responsibilities considered reasonable.
