James is a fellow of the Personal Finance Society, he is proud to achieve this as only a small percentage of advisers in the UK have this qualification.
James has always had a strong interest in money and finance and is a strong believer that in this role he has the ability to change people’s lives for the better. His role involves helping clients build a financial future that enables them to achieve their aspirational lifestyle. He enjoys hearing clients stories and learning what is important about money to them. He thinks there is nothing better than solving the problems that clients present to his and working with them seeing them progress through their financials plans.
James says that in his experience many clients are daunted by their finances, as such he tries to assist them and ease those concerns by breaking down the complex side of financial services into understandable plain English. This reduces “financial stress” and allows clients to focus on what is important to them. He also acts as a sounding board for clients, empowering them when making big financial decisions.
Away from the office James is married with three young children Katie, Dylan and Theo. Inevitably that involves having a 2nd job as a part time taxi driver taking them to their various activities. They have family season tickets at Sheffield United, following the Blades up and down the country.
