Harriet has over 16 years of financial services experience, including the last four years as COO for Kingswood Group. She joined Kingswood Group from Charles Stanley. Harriet brings considerable experience in operations, process and change management. She is a graduate of the University of Bath, a Chartered Member of the CISI and holds an MBA from Cranfield University.
Harriet is Chief Operating Officer at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. She was appointed to the main Board in November 2024 and provides leadership to the Group’s integration and technology strategy.
